Jog Tasik Permaisuri - Sabtu

Pagi td walaupun kaki lenguh2 tetap kami gagahi jua pi jog kat tasik ni...dpt lg 2 round pusing tasik...rasa ringan n sedap skt...abaikan perut kami yg muncit2 tu ya...:p....meh kita sama2 ngk hubby gelek dlm video ni....lps tu dh pnt sessi bergambaran n exercise hrs sarapan lak kan...jommmmm
